Life can be exhausting, heavy, and overwhelming — and you don't have to keep pushing through it alone. Whether you're navigating workplace challenges, grieving, or carrying weight the world doesn't understand, you've landed in the right place. Find hope. Find clarity. Begin healing

Compassionate, honest support for professionals, grief, LGBTQ+ individuals, and trauma survivors

Life doesn't ask permission before it gets hard. When workplace challenges, grief, identity questions, or survival take their toll, you need a therapist who meets you exactly where you are — without judgment, without formula. I create space for you to finally exhale and find solid ground.

How we work together

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We identify patterns in thinking and behavior that keep you stuck, then build practical skills to shift them. Direct, grounded, and tailored to your specific challenges.

Mindfulness-Based approaches

Learn to observe your experience without judgment — whether that's anxiety, grief, or the weight of workplace challenges. Mindfulness creates space between struggle and response.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

We focus on what's working and what you want to build, not endless analysis of the problem. Forward-moving, collaborative, and honest about what change actually looks like.

Person-Centered & Strength-Based work

You're the expert on your life. I honor your resilience, meet you with warmth, and help you access the strength you've already shown — but maybe haven't had permission to rest from yet.

When you're ready, healing can begin.

Whether life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally exhausting, I'm here to help you find clarity, strength, and hope.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

Life can be exhausting, heavy, and overwhelming—and you don't have to keep pushing through it alone.

I work with professionals facing workplace stress, people navigating grief and loss, LGBTQ+ individuals seeking affirming care, and adults healing from trauma. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

I'll be honest with you, sit beside you through the hard moments, and help you find your footing when the ground feels unsteady. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.

You've been strong for a long time—maybe too long. You deserve a place where you don't have to carry everything by yourself. When you're ready, I'd be genuinely honored to walk alongside you as you begin finding hope, clarity, and healing.

How I Work

Many people come to therapy believing they should have figured things out by now. They tell themselves they’re “too emotional,” “too anxious,” or that they just need to try harder.

I see it differently.

I believe every behavior has a story, every struggle has a purpose, and every person has the capacity to grow. Together, we’ll better understand what has brought you to this point, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers or pretending life is easy. It’s about creating a space where you can be honest, gain insight, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming yourself again.

Honest Presence

I show up as myself—warm but direct, honest even when it's hard. I don't perform, and I won't ask you to either. This is a space where truth matters and authenticity is expected.

Affirmation Without Agenda

Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, or your place in the world, I meet you with genuine care and zero judgment. You don't have to earn acceptance here.

Pacing and Compassion

Healing isn't linear, and it isn't rushed. I work at your pace, sitting with the hard stuff without trying to skip ahead. You set the rhythm; I follow.

Tailored Over Formula

Every person is different. I use evidence-based approaches—CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused work—but always adapted to fit you, not the other way around.

Permission to Rest

Therapy with me is where you step down from the role you've been playing. You've been strong long enough. This is where you finally exhale.
